My experience of strategically managing in the public sector over the last 25 years and my extensive experience enables me to draw on my own resources as well as those within the Chartered Management Institute to find inventive solutions. I have a Level 7 Diploma in Professional consulting and I’m a Member of the Institute of Consulting.  I’m also an affiliate Member of the CIPD.   I’m often described as a resourceful problem solver demonstrating excellent people skills with the ability to be tough-minded where required.

As your consultant I will be thorough, practical and resourceful, supporting you and your business. I will work with you, in a confidential one-to-one capacity, advising and assisting you. Additionally, I have been through many life experiences with a grown-up family of two daughters and their children and this helps me understand different perspectives and understand the pull of work/life balance.  I use this experience to build empathy and understanding across the workplace.
